A Boutique for the Soul was created to allow for women to have a fun filled professionally catered event in their home for their friends, family and colleagues. In hosting a boutique, you will be introduced to many (up to 20) unique businesses as well as the wonderful women who own or run them. The boutique consists of various businesses in the health, wellness, beauty, fashion, fitness, children/family and home décor industries.

The hostess’ role is the easiest one. All that needs to be done is to supply a great list and open their home or community center for the event. The boutique facilitator, caterer and their teams will do the rest!

The hostess has the choice of having an open boutique (one to anyone who can attend) or a closed boutique that would consist only of people that they know. The ideal number of attendees at any event should be between 25 and 40. If the hostess cannot ensure that the number of attendees will be in this range, she can ask for the boutique facilitator to invite more women if necessary. The more money spent at a boutique, the better gifts that the hostess receives!

As a gift and thank you for hosting a boutique, each hostess will receive boutique benefits from 3 in-home boutique businesses. The boutique benefits will be in the form of major discounts or free products and services. The hostess will receive a list of the boutique benefits prior to the start of the boutique. In some cases, businesses may ask that a certain amount of their products or services be sold the night of the boutique in order for the hostess benefit to be available. In cases such as these, it is always recommended that the hostess attempt to invite as many women as possible (around 40 would be preferable) so that most of the minimums would be met.

In order to preserve and maintain the look and feel of professionalism and integrity that A Boutique for the Soul represents, it is required that a professional caterer be present at every event. A Boutique for the Soul has partnered with Party Stylings of Castle Rock to assist you in providing a memorable event for your guests. A $100 fee will be paid by the hostess to Party Stlyings for their time. There is no further cost for the hostess to host this event. (*Please note per Colorado law, that a catering company cannot provide alcoholic beverages t the hostess...however, the hostess may provide the alcohol and Party Stylings can the prepare and serve it)

Every boutique will last a minimum of 3 hours and can be held at the following times:
5pm-8pm Happy Hour or 6-9 Girls Night Out
*Other times may be made available at the hostesses’ request.

When filling out the hostess agreement form,  please make sure to specify date, time and the location of your event.
