Boutique for the Soul is looking to expand throughout the State.  The best job in the world is available for those dynamic ladies who are looking to earn extra income, be a part of an amazing team of women, and meet hundreds of new contacts and women business owners every month.

A Boutique Facilitator is responsible for ensuring the brand, quality and integrity of each boutique that is overseen by the Facilitator.  The Facilitator is responsible for overseeing the logistics of each boutique; working with the boutique hostess, Boutique for the Soul staff, caterer, boutique vendors and boutique guests. Exact boutique logistics include, but are not limited to; identifying a hostess, reviewing venue space for size and traffic flow, brainstorming ideas for boutique with hostess, setting boutique expectations with hostesses and vendors, event set-up, guest relations, event take down, trouble shooting, and fact finding. Formal facilitation training is required for each team member.
